Avoid this company at all costs. After our flat roof blew off during a named storm just before Christmas 2023 we tried to make a claim but was told that it wasn't windy enough. Fire service were called by police due to the danger of loose tiles and in the midst of it all AGEAS decided they could not help or provide any assistance. In the meantime their twitter feed was a red flag with storm warnings saying if you have any issues it will he "easy" to make a claim. We had to source and pay for a roofer ourselves and having exhausted the complaints procedure took them to the Ombudsman. 10 months later the Ombudsman ruled in our favour and AGEAS have just sent us a cheque. In the accompanying letter there is no apology for the distress caused. To avoid a 10 month claim through the Ombudsman my advice is stay clear of AGEAS.
