“Have been with Ageas travel insurance for 2 years phoned them for a quote Lady had a problem with not been able to register quote and told me a colleague would phone within 48 hours but still waiting 3 days later , really bad service for a customer trying to take out a further policy. Have now gone to another company for my travel insurance and will not return to Ageas.”

“Insurance fine until my car needed to be reviewed by a mechanics / taken to garage been over 4 weeks still no answers. The call handlers are difficult to deal with. Never having answers to the query having to repeat things over and over, being cut off on calls / phone put down by call handlers. Had my car towed to garage miles away / had it 4 weeks advised mechanical failure not related to my accident/incident. Not being believed when explaining the incident by the call handlers. Unprofessional staff / mechanics not happy at all. Would not use this insurer ever again”

“I regret ever registering with this Trade Company. They are just being dishonest when they promise to let you know but never follow through. “I am a victim, few months ago I made some financial mistakes by investing in this wrong crypto currency broker. Their promises were so real that was why I fell for it, but it did not work out as I thought it would cause it was all a huge scam coming to my realization. “They exploited my trust, convincing me that I was making money while they were actually stealing from me. I recommend avoiding this website, as it is likely to trick you. “I had a troubling experience with Ageas UK , where they took my money and then ceased all communication. I was left feeling frustrated and helpless until I sought assistance from Seekrail. “Avoid this company at all costs. After our flat roof blew off during a named storm just before Christmas 2023 we tried to make a claim but was told that it wasn't windy enough. Fire service were called by police due to the danger of loose tiles and in the midst of it all AGEAS decided they could not help or provide any assistance. In the meantime their twitter feed was a red flag with storm warnings saying if you have any issues it will he "easy" to make a claim. We had to source and pay for a roofer ourselves and having exhausted the complaints procedure took them to the Ombudsman. 10 months later the Ombudsman ruled in our favour and AGEAS have just sent us a cheque. In the accompanying letter there is no apology for the distress caused. To avoid a 10 month claim through the Ombudsman my advice is stay clear of AGEAS.”

“I am insured with AGEAS Davies Group Home insurance REF: 84644716386 @846447163:86 #General#Correspondence# I advise everyone reading this, Do not go anywhere near this Company. I am a Cancer patient, living alone. I have a large tree that damaged my slabs and split my drive. I am scared the roots of this tree will damage my home and this Company could not careless. If any of you reading this can spread the message, i would appreciate it. It should be thoroughly investigated by the FCA who are not easy to get through to. I claimed off the insurer for damage to my driveway, slabs lifting and broken. The bus drivers who take me to Oncology have nearly tripped over them. Many have witnessed it damaging my frontage Ageas, Davies Group sends me a letter saying “I am responsible for the tree, its wear and tear” Whilst ill with Cancer, this company has put me through hell. I cannot lift up slabs, cut out large roots, relay slabs on my own, and due to my financial circumstances, i cannot afford all this as my family died, all told to AGEAS in honesty, and it has no regard for anyone. It answers nothing, it does not work with recommendations put by the FCA to help the vulnerable. It has no discretion, it uses small print to get out of paying anything. It helps no one. Ageas Davies Group has put me through horrendous stress of writing to it, plus writing to the ombudsman service, my own Broker and the FCA itself. Whilst i am often ill from Chemotherapy, hoping i will be alive to see 2025. I am getting nowhere with AGEAS and i want people to know. I have all my emails to back up my claims. I am sitting at home, facing Cancer, scared this tree will damage my home with its roots right up to my house. Ageas Davies Group are a disgrace. I am on a low income because i have Cancer, they know this, yet they have no intentions of even helping me. My home is all i have, and i need it for shelter. I am alone with Cancer of the lungs, Pelvis, and sections 7 and 8 of my liver, being put through hell by this Company. I come on here, because the public needs to know just what sort of Company this is?”

“I would have lost more than £14,000 as a consequence of my profoundly unsettling experience with this unlawful organization. Nevertheless, I was lucky enough to get support from AixaLTD. COM and their committed staff by following the required procedures, get in touch with AixaLTD. COM which finally allowed me to get my whole money back from ageas.”
