They have fake advertising. They do not have unlimited miles like they state online. Horrible experience. They are are a complete fraud! We tried to rent a car, we paid online then went we got there they told us we had to pay a way bigger amount. Online it does NOT mention all the REQUIRED additional fees. If you think you are going to spend $200 it turns out you will have to pay an extra $500 (so total about $700). Very rude and disrespectful personnel. They did not want to help and essentially lost my money. They provide a paper with all the extra fees when you get there but they did not provide that online.
