i booked a room for my family to celebrate Christmas but we got scammed by one SMDC wind residence agent - China Lim. The booking was fully-paid and confirmed but the room or the agent was not available at the time of check-in, which was both frustrating and humiliating. Confirmation should not happen in the first place if Agoda checked if their supplier is legit. The refund processing time was also slow. Agoda is now hand-off and pointing me to my local bank's lead time to pay. But as I checked with my bank, there is still no incoming payment from Agoda. This should not be an issue if they returned my payment on the same day.
