My experience with AIG has been nothing short of infuriating. I filed two claims almost two months ago, and I’m still waiting for any kind of resolution. Despite following up multiple times, all I get are empty promises that someone will contact me within seven days. It’s now been 12 days, and I haven’t heard a word.
It’s mind-boggling how they can efficiently take money from my account but can’t manage to process claims or provide basic customer service. After reading countless reviews, I’m starting to believe they’re doing this to everyone—delaying payouts in the hope that people will just give up and drop their plans.
Well, I’m not dropping mine. I’ll continue to pay, and they’ll have to pay me what I’m owed. If it comes to it, I’ll get a lawyer involved. This company needs to be held accountable.
To anyone considering their services—don’t. If you want to avoid endless stress and frustration, steer clear of AIG. They’re simply not worth the headache.
