AIG is by far the worst company I’ve ever encountered. I filed a claim nearly three months ago, and I was told I wouldn’t have to wait more than a month for my payout. Here I am, still waiting, while AIG keeps delaying. But this morning? I woke up to see they had no issue taking money from my account to renew my policy.
It’s infuriating that they can quickly take payments for policies but seem to have no urgency in paying out claims. They make customers wait and wait, likely hoping people will give up and stop renewing. Well, I won’t. I’ll keep the policy, and I’ll keep filing claims, and if I don’t get the payment I’m owed, I’ll take further action.
To anyone considering AIG, avoid them at all costs. They make their customers wait endlessly and show zero regard for anyone’s time or needs. No one should have to deal with this level of disrespect and delay.
