We purchased airline trip insurance in April 2023 for a trip to Alaska in August 2023. In June, 2023 we had to cancel due to a medical issue. We received full reimbursement from Allianz for the cruise portion of the trip, however AIG/Travel Guard has refused to pay despite having submitted the same documentation to both insurance companies.
