My 5 out of 5 rating is based on: (1) the professionalism and friendliness of the driver. It was my first visit to Ireland and I was a bit anxious about taking the coach from Belfast to Dublin. The driver was so friendly and helpful, it made my trip a great experience. I sat near the front and she even pointed out certain landmarks for me. (2) Schedule. The Aircoach left Belfast on schedule and arrived at Dublin's Gresham Hotel on schedule. (3) Cost. I found the cost to be very fair for the service received.
