1530 bus from Dublin to Belfast broke down a few miles from Glengall Street today. We were delayed by an hour. I’m not complaining. I want to make sure you know that your driver, Ian was brilliant. He made sure we were safe, he dealt with all the problems efficiently — and most of all, he was superb with us, the passengers. Very funny, kept us informed & in good spirits. He’s probably still waiting for the coach to be towed. Please can you make a point of passing on our thanks to him. And give him a raise!
