I would like to let you know what a gem you have with your driver Kieran/Ciaran Duggan on the Greystones 702 route. We arrived from a flight that was delayed two hours exhausted and frazzled and asked if it was possible to take the lepardstown bus instead as it would be faster if we were collected by family member from blackrock. Kieran was super accommodating from the get go and didn’t lose his patience even once even though it was proving tricky to scan my code but he assured me we would get there in the end and we did. His friendly, patient’ cheerful and welcoming manner was a delight to witness from the start to the end of our journey and my mum and I also remarked on how courteous he was with all his passengers. Never let this driver go as he is worth his weight in gold to Aircoach. And it’s very reassuring to experience such wonderful customer service in a world where it seems to be declining all the time.
