My morning bus to the airport from the 3 Arena did not show (29th Oct 2024) which was far from ideal. However customer support were helpful offering me a refund for that leg of the trip.
On the return, the staff at Dublin airport were helpful and I had a comfortable journey back. The driver was very good assisting customers with their baggage.
So recommend for buses leaving Dublin Airport, but not so sure for catching buses on route.
