Customer service is poor and unhelpful, company policies are shady. Buses don’t show up and get canceled without notice but there is no mention of service changes in the app or on the website, so you buy your ticket and are unaware of the bus not running. The company then refuses to issue refunds as they falsely claim the bus run but this is NOT true.
