My granddaughter's aircoach was 'cancelled for operational reasons' with no notification on any platform. This necessitated me driving her from Dalkey to the airport so that she would not miss her flight. We picked up a young man left stranded at the stoop in Monkstown.
I am really angry at the pat, bland, email response from Aircoach. They are licensed to provide a service that negates the use of private transport, not to cause undue stress and expense to travellers.
