Aircoach journeys are generally comfortable, convenient and on time. Drivers are knowledgeable and helpful.
Similarly, the app and reservation system usually works well. Recently I booked a trip using the app. The booking failed but the financial transaction succeeded. I requested a refund which was paid without too much fuss, but the computer system should be reviewed to ensure it fails safe - if the booking fails, the financial transaction should also fail or be cancelled.
