Not satisfied at all. I was given false information about bus timings by one of the Aircoach staff at a Dublin Airport kiosk. Another staff member who replaced the first one was extremely rude to me. I was sick for 3 weeks and travelling for 2 days and still had to stand out in the cold for an hour waiting for a bus that I was told would be arriving in 10 minutes. It was actually going to be a 2-hour wait for the bus in total. The ticket was already purchased and no other route worked for me. I then had to take a taxi that coated me 4x more. So I not only lost the money I spent on the Aircoach ticket but also then had to spend so much more for the taxi. The response I got from customer service is that they can't refund me. How am I supposed to feel about any of this? Ridiculous service, very unhappy.
