airtransat is pathetic, they put different economy options and when you are using it for the first time, you don't know the different options you have and God forbid you have to make a change to your travel plans, then they will STEAL all the money from you. We made a booking for Mar 2nd 2025 in Sep 2025 and out of $3300, they returned $900 when we even informed over 30 days before. Shame on you airtransat for stealing people's money. If you are using this platform, then remember to choose the flex option because these people are pathetic, they will do anything and everything to STEAL YOUR MONEY. BEWARE!
