We were lied to when we checked in. We paid for our seats in advance as did our travelling companions. At check in they asked us to change our seats to accommodate a mother and child. So of course we agreed. But when we checked the seating, it was a young couple in our seats - not a mother and daughter at all. So we were bumped from our paid for seats so a man and his adult daughter could have them! That is wrong! And we were lied to! That is totally wrong! This may well be our last time using Air Transat!
