I bought a Jack Martin 2.1 speaker from AJ Electronics two years ago. They promised that if any issue occurred, I could bring it to the shop for service. Later, when I had a problem with the speaker, I submitted it for repair, but they never returned it. The shop owner claimed they don’t provide service for speakers, even though an employee had previously told me that other customers had successfully received service. Worst experience! I lost my speaker in the end.
