“I bought a Jack Martin 2.1 speaker from AJ Electronics two years ago. They promised that if any issue occurred, I could bring it to the shop for service. Later, when I had a problem with the speaker, I submitted it for repair, but they never returned it. The shop owner claimed they don’t provide service for speakers, even though an employee had previously told me that other customers had successfully received service. Worst experience! I lost my speaker in the end.”

“Janny in Aj Electronics really helpful and friendly . I needed a 2nd phone and I got really good value for money on a Samsung A14 with case , lead , screen protector and charger for less than €155 including a six month warranty.”

“Said they fixed my sub-base. Came back plugged in fuse blows. Replace fuse works for a few weeks in manual mode only. They dies again with same fault. Didn't identify original fault now won't respond to emails. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!”

“Stay away from these Idiots... First the owner Richard isn't there half of the time and if anybody else answers the phone, they have no clue what is going on. Second, they have had my receiver for 2 months. 1 month ago, they said they was waiting on a part. NOW they say that cant reproduce the problem... Worst place I have ever have to try to deal with...”

“Price for Canon Powershot S3 appeared to be best, but when I ordered it I was told that theyd made an error and actually it was £100 more. Mistakes happen but if it was me Id keep the customer sweet and compensate by offering at least as good as best available - alas no offer made and price is now completely uncompetitive, so the usual hassle with credit card refunds etc etc. Best indication of customer service is how such occasions are handled - AJ Electronics failed in this instance.
