For the Order ID : FL0175185045, I ordered 3 products (1 vero moda dress and two slippers) total worth rupees Rs. 2,331.03
I returned all three products but I got a refund only for one of the products (1007Rs for the vero moda dress). The remaining 1300 rupees is still pending but status on your app shows refund complete.
The keep on changing the complaints number and resolve previous ones. No one makes any changes, they just keep giving new dates when they will resolve the issue.
The service is beyond pathetic.
