I had to get a refund of an order I had placed. Delivery boy took the order in morning and came in evening with the same product and informed the order ID is not matching so it cannot be returned. He asked me to give in writing. I called customer care and the asked me for number starting with D. Then he said it’s the correct order it could be a printing issue in the product code and filled complaint. Next day the same delivery boy came for pick up and informed the complaint number was canceled and order can not be returned. I tried calling customer care 10 times but no response. Now I am forced to keep a product because of some printing issues of AJIO. Pathetic!
