I had ordered two trousers of the same size, but somehow one happened to be smaller than the other. And they wouldn't exchange, because the tag was broken while everything else in the product was intact. It was not even used once!
Plus when, services deliver within 24 hours of ordering, you have Ajio that takes 10 days, for mediocre quality and poor make at times.....
If you have to return your product you will have to wait for ten days without missing a delivary. If you absent yourself for it, gone. You'll have to keep the product!
