Very bad experience I have. Poor delivery service, very worst customer service. I had ordered 5 jeans from AJIO on 4th July and received delivery on 19th July with 3 jeans in one bag. They saw 5 items delivered on bag and even send Invoice of five items. I had received the parcel after one week battled with their delivery partner Xpressbees and finally received 3 items. I did complain via mail 4 times on customer care number and trying to call more than 30 times during last 10 days but no one receiving the call to answer my issue. Their delivery partner Xpressbees has also not answered properly. This is the worst customer care service I have been see ever. They don't care about customer's queries, mail's,money, time etc. I don't know till today where are my missing outfits? I think this is the new way to make money. I justify it as a fraud case. I don't suggest anyone to buy from fraud company AJIO.
