pathetic customer care service
i placed an order and received the same without any tag in it, so according to there rules i cant return or exchange the product.. but what can we the purchasers do now.
they said that our product always dispatched with tag always( but what proof they have that the seller have sent the product alongside the tag?)
It means we have to record every time while unpacking any product to give them the proof that we are not lying.
If there policy is so strong that won't accept the return without tag, they should check with there seller at first place that if they are putting the tag with the product.
Pathetic service to say the least.
