Customer care is just pathetic, they are just like parrots who have been taught to cram the same lines again and again. That means zero ability to resolve an issue.
Ajio had sent me an expired product and even charged me double the amount that has been printed on the price tag. Even though the product is returnable, they're making useless excuses and are not getting the product picked up. Fake and fraud app. Such apps should be banned from doing online business.
