I strongly believe one should not go with this Ajio. They are not at all trustworthy clients. I have requested for 3 items to be return pick up. No one has come and picked it yet. It’s been 3 months now. It’s truly waste of our to call them or to write an email. Because they will simply tell you all the stories like this one will get picked up on this date etc. but it will not. And when the mentioned date will come, they will cancel from there end itself and again we have to raise a complaint and try to click on return button which will not be in active state. Trust me please don’t waste your money and time here. It’s completely poor quality service and products. They won’t be able to provide real customers service. Fake fake fake
