It is the worst experience of online shopping with AJIO. I received a defective kurta set, & sought return of the same. The courier guys refused to accept the Kurta set as the "bar code" on the price tag differed from the one available with them. Contacted customer care of AJIO regarding the bar code issue, and the concerned person asked for snapshots of the kurta set to be returned. Shared the snapshots of the kurta set in response to the requirement. Received another response from a different representative asking for the snap shots of the kurta set again. Gave up on this return with extreme disappointment with a vow to never purchase anything from AJIO , and suggest others also to not consider AJIO for online shopping as they seem to be unprofessional and unorganised. My experience with Amazon & Flipkart for online shopping has been satisfying. I reiterate that my experience with AJIO is worst.
