Not just once I’ve had three such incidences with ajio where either the product wasn't picked by the agent because it didn’t have the bar code or after pickup the refund was not initiated. Most recently I placed a return request under return ID- # RT52177598 for two of my products which was pickup by the agent on the 6th of December 2021 in the evening. But apparently I did not receive any confirmation regarding the same neither was my refund initiated. I’ve been constantly mailing and calling ajio regarding the same but either they don’t answer your call, don’t reply to your mails, disconnect your call in the middle of the conversation or their system isn’t working when it comes to providing any help. After explaining the issue to them a hundred times all they told me was “we are unable to validate this claim, and so we are closing the complaint from our end”.
This really counts for AJIO’s negligence, unprofessionalism and a clear sense of how unorganized they are as a team, because of which the customers have to suffer.
I guess logistics is not the only thing that's wrong with Ajio there are a ton of things that you really need to improve because I’ve literally had the worst experience as compared to any other shopping e-market portals. What exactly they provide is ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
