Ajio has invented a new way to fraud the customers. It goes like this, when you have to return the items for valid reasons, return request placed on APP is accepted, but after few days, you would receive a message that customer himself had canceled the return request. After this, you won't be able to generate any return requests through their APP. They completely disable return menu. Then, only way to place request is via call centre or email. Even if you do that, same story would repeat i. e Auto cancellation by AJIO, saying, customer had canceled return request. This would go on till 30 days period of the purchase date of item. Once 30 days are crossed, they would inform you that time is over as per policy, NO refund or return
