very worst and i have faced a very bad experience with the customer care they are not even answering to the customer with proper reply and when raised a request to return after waiting for two month for the product pickup they are telling to self ship the products and without prior information to customer they are taking the decisions with your orders and telling we are not able to find your area to pickup the order, as i am in metropolitan city in main sector they are not able to find my address and when i have asked for a proper update they where not able to give me. i request not shop from ajio any more they are worst and very bad. They not have any exact solution are they are very rude to customers. very very worst .
