I ordered a trouser but the size of it wasn’t as expected, placed an exchange, got a wrong product. Asked for an exchange they said that is not possible. They told me to place a return and then again place an order, that’s how their policy is.
I asked to speak with her senior, she said they are not available. How come it is possible at 5pm. Upon requesting her to get me in contact with any senior, she said she will and then put my call on hold forever.
