placed an order for 4 items on 24 th March, and i placed a return order for one the product, which was of worst quality and overpriced around 3k ,however after continuous follow up no one attempted for a return , and now I am being asked to do a self return, this whole process is very frustrating and inconvenient for me , i have raised complaints twice and executives gave false information that it will get resolved by 5 th april and 11 th april without providing any information on i have to make as self return due to logistic issues.
Isn't logistic issue to be resolved from AJIO side rather than customer suffering because of the system's failure.
