Worst service. I was trusting this online shopping for the past 3 years, finally they showed the true colours. Customer care will not trust the customers statement. Don't trust them and prepay amount while shopping, they will update that they have delivered the product and you will have no proof to get it back from them. They cheated my money. I couldn't do anything. They can't even be reached via phone call only through email, and they will answer your queries after 48 hours. Their deliver person is a cheater, he will keep your belongings and will never deliver it to you but update that he had delivered. How untrustworthy shopping site. Really lost 799 + 1295rs on my orders, but they are not considering our problem. I lost my money, frustrated, feeling bad. Cheaters. Bad people bad service. Return my product and money back if you soulfully do your business. Cheap guys. Wors service.
