Out of 4 garments purchased, 2 items sent were wrong items. There was no exchange option available n we so we returned it. Ajio app has charged delivery charges on wrong items delivered. On contacting the customer care they say that it will be added as points on next purchase. But who will purchase again after experiencing these many issues?.
