Costomer Care 8926=41173 partners can lodge complaint thru their app after completion of ride. For whatever complaint raised by the partner, Ola has standard & set replies which will be displayed on the screen. Partner will have to click on “unsatisfied by the given answer “ and generate a OTP to speak to the call centre executive. OTP and the number to be dialled will be displayed. Partner has to call on that number only.
