Ajio is a fraud with a pathetic customer care and no returns. I am not the person who generally writes the review. But they have made the experience so bad that I had to spend time to learn how to write the review to let people know the reality if this evil shopping site. I had ordered two tee shirts and they never got delivered to me. I made several calls ( two weeks) but no proper resolution was provided, today he (customer care executive) said he would arrange a supervisor call, but none called. My order was delivered to some one else and my money is wasted now. There was another top that ordered. I placed an order for xl and they gave me xxl. N guess what they never came to pick it up, despite placing the return order on 14th july. The shadowfax courier moron would just give a ivr based call wherein I was given only two options i.e to reschedule pickup or cancel it that's all. If a courier guy doesn't come to pickup whom to I give my top to???Trust me ajio has a horrible customer care service( who just put you on hold for hours and raise a ticket that is never solved. Later on they tell us to give a feedback only 9 or 10 not below that) . They are fooling people and making money online. This reliance group goddamn ambani will never prosper. Do hell with your online shopping site ajio. I have narrated this incident to my neighbors and friends, now even they have decided not to go with ajio, when it comes to online shopping. ...
