@AJIOLife Big Brand, Big Sale, Big name... This is how you advertise... But when it comes to customer care.. I guess I have encountered the most pathetic experience with @AJIOLife My amount got deducted twice without order conversation poping up with the information "if your amount is deducted it will be credited back within 48 hrs of time" Now what, yes its a ask and the answer is torture to the customer... AND no support from the customer care team..they don't have ticket system, no one response on the mail... customer care agents doesn't know anything. I am just calling it out here as I don't see any response over mail or the call with customer care agent.
