So I happened to be a regular customer of Ajio since 2 years and as they have return policy ,I have been making purchases and returning products if required. Last I ordered from them on 7th Aug 2022 and after the entire order was delivered they blocked my account without any intimation. When I tried to reach out to customer care help desk it took them 10 days to confirm that account was suspended (maybe due to high reverse pick up) and will be reactivated in 7 days. After multiple attempts I was able to return the items which had quality/size issues. Now today after 20 days ,I am getting confirmation that account is suspended and will not be reactivated. So here goes AJIO a review for you, if you cant handle "Reverse pickups" kindly do not allow such options and people would anyways stop using your site. Also if you need to block accounts why let customers Order and purchase too beforehand. Its sheer playing smart that after all deliveries you leave the customer account blocked. Very pathetic and horrible customer care experience. Keep the services like this and you definitely lost a customer forever and many more.
