With reference to the above mentioned order ID: EX0016545563. I have booked exchange for 2 - Tshirt on 10 th August. Your commitment date is 16th August then 22nd August. But till i didn't receive the items. Is it correct way to maintain the customer?. This is not a first time. Always i have faced this problem.day by day i m waiting for the items which will make me in depression. What type of customer service you have. Finally you will reply "this is due to some technical error". If you are not able to keep your commitment don't take the order.dear Ajio team don't laugh when you read it.this is very shameful to Ajio. I need immediate action in this regard.
