Bought a pair of shorts about a month ago had size issues and asked for a return and money to be refunded, what happens is i get an exchange of the same size. I called and asked for a return again and ask my money be refunded. the item was picked up a day later and then they had several people showing up to pick the same item and i informed them it was picked up already, few days later i called and they had no clue. finally after a week they responded that they had received the item and refund will be issued. Now its been 4 different times ive been told ill have a call back from them and the refund will be issued yesterday and still Nothing. no refund. These people are dishonest and horrible liars. DO NOT BUY. BTW they are owned by Reliance. no wonder they are such crooks
