I did not receive the delivery of two of my dresses but in app it was updated mentioning that the dress is delivered. Im not getting any response from the team. It was told that the issue will be resolved by 8th Nov but now received mail saying that the issue will be resolved before 14th Nov. What kind of action the team is taking. Either deliver the dress or process the refund. This is bad.
