Shittiest customer service. I ordered a belt from Ajio Luxury. The tracking didn't work for 15 days, and after multiples call no updated was given to me. Then automatically, one day they send a mail saying your product cannot be delivered, we will refund you your amount. And after initiating the refund, it has been more than 10 days, and I haven't received my money back yet. Their policy tells that the money for accessories like best and etc. will be refunded in 10 business days. The customer service makes fake promises about connecting you to a supervisor and all but do nothing of this sort at all. DO NOT BUY FROM AJIO LUXURY. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY, TIME AND EFFORTS.
