Hopeless service. Didn't expect this ridiculous service from Ajio. I booked a few pants and shirts on 23rd November for my son for our travel. I ordered them only because the delivery would be on 25th, as per Ajio website. If you can't deliver products so early put the correct delivery date and not put the customers in trouble like this. And extra work for me now that I've to go shopping again for those clothes. And the worst this the clothes are not shipped but you can't cancel the order at your end. And your ridiculous system says the refund takes 15-20 days! That's insane. I will never want to shop with Ajio ever again. Its disgusting and disappointing.
