I have been a devoted shopper at AJIO since years now. But, this time I ordered a dress the dress arrived in wrong size. Wanted to return but it was a no return product. But since it was seller's fault, they agreed to take it back and refund. But after repetitive calls to customer care and fulling all requirements stated by their team via mail, the pickup person denied the pickup saying there is no price tag. I had mentioned it with the customer care and this to and fro calls and mails happened from 27th of Nov to 12th of Dec. Now refund has still not been initiated as they need to finish quality check. The pickup person does quality check, now another level of check.
Utterly disappointed with this experience. The same level of checks if AJIO had done while sending the product, would it come in wrong size to my doorstep?
This is terribly unfair and I lost my interest to shop on AJIO and since then I am planning to move on to Myntra. Does a product need 1 month investigation?
