Worst Customer Service and I am surprised that this is happening with AJIO a company related to Ambani's. I think they are minting money by looting customers by selling cheap products and never process the return requests and even if they do they will not process the refund. Last year I donated one Jeans since I was not able to use it due to poor quality and it was not picked up by them, they just keep re scheduling your return pickups and never come to pick up the material. NOw I have 4 products to return and struggling to return them since last one month.
