I don't understand if, the item is non ajio product then how it got delivered to me.
Also, when I already got the resolution that return request has been approved then why it is not being created even after 48 hours?

I am clearly mentioning the details everytime but, getting deviated answers. As, according to the resolution provided by you customer support team the return request have been approved and return is accepted then why always I am getting solution of old return request I can't understand. I have attached the screenshot as well which clearly says that return request has been approved!
This is not how it works in app and message you are saying return is accepted and request have been approved but, in mail you are denying by always mentioning previous mail id. This is totally unacceptable and we can create consumer complaint regarding the same. I am totally fedup now because of this much delays the return period got over and return window got closed if, the same have happened earlier I would have created new return request by my own right now as I can't you I raised complaint and in that resolution have been provided in which it is clearly mentioned return request approved! It's provided on 10th January.
"Hey deeksha! We have an update against your Ajio Complaint ID COM00071043496. Thanks for being patient while we sorted this out. Your return request has been approved and will be picked up soon. Please visit the order details section on your AJIO app for details.. You can also check the status of your complaint by visiting https://ajio.page.link/trans_SMS".
This is out of limit now I am explaining every single time the same thing but, not getting answer for latest resolution I received againt my complaint only getting old return id details!
