I order Clarks Round-Toe Chunky Heeled Pumps, size 6, with Order No. FN9801507353 on 22 Feb 24, order was arrived damaged. I Immediately initiated the return and registered multiple complaints along photos evidence of the defected product. Finally on 29th Mar 24 after a month, I was informed that the issue is closed without any resolution. This entire experience caused me inconvenience and reflects poorly on AJIO's commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. As a consumer, I expect fair treatment, prompt resolution of issues, and adherence to the established return policies, none of which have been met in this case.
