I have very bad experience with ajio. I have returned my one item and my 2 exchange items also picked up with the return one. Then I raised the complaint and they said that we have not picked up your return item. I raised the complaint next day. Now they decline that we can't do anything. Even they don't refund my money. Ajio you should close this platform if you can't provide good service to user. Its very easy for you to say we can't do anything. If user purchase 50000 product you will also say the same thing.
Very very bad experience. To all customers please don't purchase anything from ajio. They are fraud.
Even I raised complaint two times and they closed one complaint without discuss anything with me. And second complaint also not resolved.
Pathetic experience with AJIO.
