I placed an order on 5Mar2024 a denim skirt with ruffle which delivered but as I had size issue. I put it on return request but it didn't pick up from Ajio then after 30 days or more I called up customer care for the same then they asked me to self shipment as per their instructions on phone and text messages I did self shipment but now warehouse is not accepting I don't know what is the lack of communication between these two.. and here I am suffering a lot...Ajio is harrassing me by providing new new instructions...they are not doing their work properly,they only be seated there for harassment
