They got the product picked and didn't raise refund, Also the customer care closed the case without processing the refund saying that the product was not picked up and asking me to check for the product from my end....can they explain how an already returned product can picked up again???I shared the OPT given to their logistics partner shadowfax.how can they deny the pickup if already done....?
